Pre-Constuction

Construction Execution

  • Mobilize the construction team and equipment

  • Complete rough-in work for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Install interior finishes, such as flooring, wall finishes, and ceiling systems. -

  • Install fixtures and fittings, including lighting, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. -

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards. -

  • Implement a project management system to track progress, manage resources, and address any issues or delays.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. -

  • Implement safety protocols and procedures to protect workers and ensure a safe working environment.

  • Conduct regular progress meetings with the project team and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns. - Maintain open communication channels with the client to address any changes or modifications to the project scope. -

Project Closeout

During the closeout phase we ensure that all open tasks are identified and completed. This phase also involves evaluating the project, transferring the deliverables to our clients, distributing resources.

  • Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure that all construction work has been completed to the desired specifications

  • Address any punch list items or deficiencies identified during the walkthrough

  • Obtain the necessary signoffs and approvals from local authorities, such as certificate of occupancy and Letter of Completions

  • Provide the client with operation and maintenance manuals for the spaces systems and equipment.

  • Conduct a post-construction evaluation to assess the overall performance of the space

  • Establish a maintenance schedule and plan for ongoing upkeep of the building, including regular inspections, repairs, and replacements.
